The Brend/Pirela Mamba is an exquisitely crafted folding knife that showcases the combined expertise of renowned knife designer Joel Pirela, master knifemaker Walter Brend, and Spyderco’s advanced production technology. Its sleek, upswept CPM S30V stainless steel blade not only replicates Brend’s iconic grind lines but enhances them with a striking two-tone finish: black titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating on the bevels and a satin finish on the flats. Special ball-bearing washers in the pivot enable an ultra-smooth action, allowing rapid openings with the integrated flipper or Spyderco’s signature Round Hole™. The unique flipper design provides optimal opening leverage and doubles as a secure hand guard when open.
