The Para 3 distills everything knife enthusiasts appreciate about the Para 2 into a smaller, more compact design. For those who value a low-profile look or prefer the tactical appeal of a black blade, the Para 3 is now available with a durable Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) coating. This non-reflective coating is permanently bonded to the high-grade CPM® S45VN® stainless steel blade, featuring a full-flat grind, a PlainEdge™ cutting edge, and the iconic Trademark Round Hole™ for quick, ambidextrous, one-handed deployment. The blade is secured by a strong Compression Lock™ mechanism integrated within the handle’s textured black G-10 scales. The open-backed construction of the handle makes it easy to clean and keeps the weight down, while providing a solid foundation for a four-position hourglass clip that accommodates both left- and right-handed, tip-up or tip-down carry. As with the blade, the clip and all assembly screws are coated in a non-reflective black finish.
